I had a great experience consulting with them about an AC issue. They were prompt, communicative, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through all of my options, and answered my questions without any sales pressure. My HVAC system stopped working on August 11. I called Airnizer and they arrived within 2 hours for diagnostic. After thorough inspection, Eugene honestly told me it was just a capacitor, replaced it for 500$ and brought my 20-year old central AC system back to life without selling me new HVAC for $12k as quoted by other company before. I am very happy with result and hopefully will get couple more years from my old AC system. Eugene at Airnizer will find a way. I have an complex 5 zone system with 2 ducted air handler and 3 non-ducted ceiling cassettes from Mitsubishi in a soon to be finished sealed and conditioned attic space. Eugene was the only professional that was able to certify the system using a single outdoor condenser. Why didn't the other figure it out? Because most HVAC pros want to get in and out and do the bare minimum. Eugene will spend the time and effort to install the best possible solution. ~ Justin C
